Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Remote/Europe. If based in Malta - 3x/week from the office during probation.
Reporting to: CEO & Co-Founders
Direct reports: Heads of Marketing & CRM

Location: Remote in Europe / Asia. If based in Malta, attendance to the office 2 days a week during probation will be requested.

The Role
We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our cutting-edge marketing team, bringing expertise to build a strategy for our growth plans. We're looking for a hands-on leader, with experience in leading and managing teams of over 50 members, with strong expertise in Curacao & Acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Leverage market entry experience to explore new opportunities and expand our reach.
• Budget and ROI Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets, focusing on ROI-driven tactics to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our Marketing, Affiliate, SEO, and CRM teams to achieve their goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.Drive synergies between marketing channels to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data to drive decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and measure ROI.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role, working for iGaming B2C operator.
• Experience with the Curacao license is a must.
• A strong backgroung within programmatic, media buying and affiliation.
• Knowlegeable of both casino & sports verticals.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams of over 50 members, fostering collaboration and driving success. Mentorship mindset, capable of supporting and upskilling team members.
• Strong data expertise and proficiency with numbers and ROI analysis.
• Great communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and structural skills.
• Experience with cryptocurrency is a big plus.
