Job Title: Data Analyst Manager, reporting to the Chief of Data & Strategy
Work setting: Hybrid from The Quad Mriehel Business Centre (3x /week)

The Role
We are seeking an Data Analyst Manager to build and lead our future Insights team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by delivering powerful, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. You will work for a successful online casino & sportsbook operator with a portfolio of exciting projects, shaping data strategies that enhance performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, prioritize and deal with the analysis requests.
• Work with end-users in understanding their reports and analysis requirements.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and track the progress of analysis deliverables.
• Work in collaboration with the BI team on the new report’s requirement.
• Deliver BI reports using Tableau & analysis for various departments (CRM, VIP, Marketing, Casino, Payments...) to come up with solutions to business problems and facilitate decision making.
• Conduct advanced analysis such as post CRM Campaign analysis, Bonus Allocation/performance, VIP Segmentation, ROI/Marketing analysis, Retention analysis, Game usages.
• Communicate and present findings, actionable insights and recommendations in a clear manner to stakeholders.
• When necessary, utilize advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling, trend analysis, and segmentation to provide strategic and actionable insights.
• Work on specifics projects to support CRM & VIP Departments for Bonus performance evaluation.
• Guide and support data analysts, providing mentorship, training, and expertise to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  
  What You Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Data/insight Analyst role within the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of online casino business models, player behaviour, and key industry metrics.
• Previous experience in mentoring/ leading a team of analysts.
• Aptitude for analysing data and pattern from built datasets, carrying out complex analysis, and delivering insights to stakeholders.
• Previous experience in CRM analytics, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ROI analysis 
• Proficiency in querying databases using SQL and advanced knowledge of Tableau.
• BSc or MSc in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related discipline
• Ability to work independently and to produce high quality analysis requiring minimal oversight or correction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
• A positive mental attitude, passion for data analysis and attention to detail with high drive to achieve results.
• Good team player with a natural ability to work in a dynamic environment with a very flexible approach within a fast-paced international environment.
