Define the roadmap alongside the management team for a fast-growing crypto casino, leading the strategic shift to building our powerful internal tech team while tackling many interesting projects!
Key Responsibilities:
Define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the business goals, driving end-to-end product development.
Maintain and prioritize a product backlog based on market analysis and stakeholder input.
Translate business goals into a clear, actionable product roadmap with measurable outcomes, specifically planning for the 6–12 month horizon.
Align roadmap priorities and trade-offs with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Identify market opportunities, new verticals, new markets, or essential UX improvements. Monitor the iGaming market, keeping a pulse on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.
Coordinate and manage product release plans to ensure timely delivery of features.
Track and analyze KPIs to inform continuous improvement.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to address challenges in product development and delivery.
Foster a creative and collaborative environment that prioritizes an intuitive, user-centered experience.
What You Bring:
Proven working experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 4 years as a Product Owner, including experience with end-to-end product development on the casino operator side.
Familiarity with casino products in the crypto space is a preferred.
Exceptional command of both written and spoken English.
Strong background in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather requirements and communicate technical information.
Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and support developers in a collaborative, empathetic way.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify diverse scenarios and potential improvements.
Strong track record in writing clear documentation and task specifications in JIRA.
Experience with migration of outsourced to in-house teams would be prefered.
