Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Hybrid in Mhrihel, Malta
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CET
Reporting to the Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Move beyond "daily posting" to design comprehensive quarterly content strategies that align with broader marketing KPIs.
You don’t just "respond" to comments; you manage sentiment, build brand loyalty, and turn the community into a self-sustaining ecosystem.
Spearhead high-impact campaigns (Contests, Events, Crypto Promos) from ideation to execution, collaborating with design to ensure premium output.
Deep-dive into analytics to report not just on "likes," but on conversion, retention, and player sentiment - using data to refine the roadmap.
Manage the VIP and player outreach channels (SMS/DM), ensuring our high-value players feel personally connected to the brand.
What You Bring
3+ years in Social Media or Community Management.
You understand the psychology of the gambler/gamer. You know what drives engagement and what kills it.
Impeccable copywriting skills. You can be witty, professional, or hyped, depending on the situation.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a flat structure. You see a problem, you fix it. You see a trend, you own it.
