Job Title: VIP Account Manager
Location: Hybrid in Malta (3x week from the office)
Working hours: 4am to 12pm CET during training (1 to 4 months), after which more schedules will be available. Transport can be provided to/from.

The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and charismatic VIP Account Manager to join our team! This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new online casino from day one, seeing what's it like building a VIP program from the ground up. You'll collaborate with a passionate, high-energy and truly welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value players, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and escalations. Using different channels: phone, telegram, email.
- Understand the preferences, playing habits, and needs of VIP players to deliver personalized service tailored to their individual preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance player retention and loyalty, including creating exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP players.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in an account manager/ account executive/ sales rep/ customer support agent or similar roles.
- Excelent communication skills in English - C2 , both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Australian, New Zealand or other english gambling cultures is a huge plus.
- Friendly attitude with relationship-building skills to foster positive and lasting partnerships.
- iGaming experience is a strong plus.
