Job Title: Reconciliation Analyst
Location: Fully remote from Southeast Asia. Training period: 3 PM – 12 AM GMT+8; flexible schedule available thereafter.

The Role
We are looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join the Finance team of an online casino operator. In this role, you will be  reconciling Payment Data between PSP providers and platform back office. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Payment reconciliations.
• Reconcile PSP data with platform's back office.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and analyze reconciliation reports to support financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Payments team to improve reconciliation processes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Assist in process automation and optimization for more efficient reconciliations.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a payments reconciliation role, in the online gambling industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience with PSP providers and Payments.IQ (highly preferred).
• SQL knowledge is a strong plus (for back-office reconciliations).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
