Job Title: Jr. Payments Product Analyst
Location: Fully remote from Southeast Asia. Monday to Friday: 3 PM – 12 AM GMT+8 

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payment Product Analyst to join our fast- paced iGaming team. You’ll work closely with product, payments, tech teams to support the ongoing development, optimization, and performance of our global payment solutions. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in payments and product within the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of payment product features and roadmap.
• Monitor the performance of payment methods across different markets and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, compliance, fraud, customer support) to ensure smooth rollouts and updates of payment functionalities.
• Support onboarding of new PSPs (payment service providers) and payment method configurations.
• Help ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gambling requirements related to payments.
• Test payment journeys and coordinate with QA to ensure high-quality releases.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Document product processes, payment flows, and FAQs to support internal knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in payments, or a related role within the iGaming industry, or a credit card acquirer.
• Understanding of online payment flows, PSPs, and digital wallets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the payments/product space.
