Job Title: Junior CRM Executive
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to CRM Manager
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the CRM & Brand Manager to plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns. You will play a critical role in executing campaign calendars, setting up omnichannel campaigns, and ensuring the seamless delivery of promotions and bonuses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in CRM, looking to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management – Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and On-Site messaging to engage and retain players.
- Segmentation & Targeting – Use player data and behavioral insights to deliver personalized content and offers.
- Promotional Execution – Manage and optimize bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP perks to drive retention.
- A/B Testing & Optimization – Test subject lines, visuals, messaging, and offers to enhance performance.
- Data Analysis – Monitor key retention KPIs, track player behavior, and provide actionable insights.
- CRM Tools & Automation – Work with CRM platforms to automate and scale campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration – Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure branding and messaging are aligned.
- Work Across Teams – Collaborate with Content Writing, Customer Support, Product, and Design teams to refine the player journey.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of CRM experience in iGaming working for an online casino operator.
- Experience with CRM tools, namely FastTrack (strong plus).
- Familiarity with the gambling culture in markets like AU, NZ, CA is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of bonus mechanics, player segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Understanding of basic campaign performance metrics (OR, CTR, CVR, ROI).
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data interpretation.
- Familiarity with Email, SMS, Push marketing, and in-game messaging.
- Copywriting and content creation skills are a nice to have.
- Basic understanding of HTML, SQL, or Excel is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
