Job Title: Jr. Casino Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in Mhriehel Business Quad (3x / week)

The Role
We are seeking a Jr. Casino Coordinator who lives and breathes casino games. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for the iGaming industry and an eye for what makes players tick. You’ll be hands-on with launching new games, optimizing backend settings, analyzing performance data, and working closely with internal teams to deliver an engaging, high-quality casino experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively participate in the release of new games, ensuring a seamless integration into our online casino platform.
• Overseeing the configuration of game settings and backend operations, including player rewards, unique selling propositions, and incentives.
• Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of game performance, providing actionable and strategic insights to the casino.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to identify top-performing games to ensure a diverse and engaging selection for players.
• Cooperate with internal departments to facilitate the promotion of discounted games and upcoming releases.
• Troubleshoot and report game malfunctions, with a strong focus on ensuring all products are working in a timely manner.

What You Bring

• >1 year working experience in an entry level role for an iGaming Operator is a must.
• Genuinely passionate about gambling and the casino space & games excite you.
• Experience in online casino coordination is a plus.
• Great communication skills for internal cooperation.
• Strong organization skills, able to plan and prioritize in advance but agile when required to be. There's a lot of calendar and timelines management involved.
• Familiar with Casino Management Platforms, JIRA, and a willingness to learn/develop their understanding.
