Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Remote from Europe / Hybrid if in Malta (3x/ week from the office)
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will coordinate and support our internal & end-to-end recruitment processes — from reviewing CVs and scheduling interviews, to leading initial interviews and conducting reference checks. Your help will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review candidates' applications and screen CVs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct first-stage interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on relevant channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives and sourcing activities when needed.
- Coordinate reference checks and assist in the offer process.
- Collaborate closely with the People team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (mandatory), ideally with exposure to roles in the iGaming industry (highly preferred).
- Experience in in-house talent acquisition is preferred, though agency recruitment backgrounds are also welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A people-first approach — genuinely passionate about recruitment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
