Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: hybrid in Malta (3x/week from the office in Mhriehel Business Quad)
Reporting to CEO & Co-Founders
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of a thriving online casino brand. With at least 2 years of experience under a Curacao (or similar) license, you’ll bring solid casino product knowledge and a strong grasp of key industry concepts like NPL, conversion funnels, and user journeys. Whether you come from Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Ownership, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Brand P&L & Financial Goals:Take ownership of the Brand Profit and Loss, actively working towards and meeting financial goals.
- Brand Oversight: Manage brand-related issues, including conversion funnels, promotions, site availability, financials, new game launches, and player satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute promotions, marketing plans, and briefs to enhance the brand's visibility and profitability.
- Product Enhancement: Address product UI/UX, user flows, event triggers, and collaborate with 3rd party systems and suppliers.
- Performance Reporting: Present key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on the brand’s results.
- Collaboration: Drive the agenda for & work closely with central teams, including Projects, CRM, Operations, Acquisition, and VIP managers.
- Innovation: Innovate and implement strategies to encourage players to participate in more games, extend their gaming sessions, and deliver cutting-edge promotions.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Brand Manager, Country Manager or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in the online gambling industry, working with Curacao operators.
- Proven experience in analyzing activities, financials, and customer behavior.
- Familiarity with the intricacies of casino products, user interfaces (UI/UX), event triggers, and 3rd party systems.
- A deep understanding of player preferences and behavior, with the ability to drive player activity, satisfaction, and values.
- Positive and proactive approach with a "yes we can" attitude.
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to coordinate projects and roadmaps.
