Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players, acting as their main point of contact -primarily via Telegram.

• Understand each player’s preferences, habits, and value to provide a personalized, yet scalable level of service.

• Implement retention strategies including bonus offers, loyalty rewards, and personalized incentives.

• Monitor player behavior to identify re-engagement opportunities and prevent churn

• Ensure all interactions align with responsible gambling protocols and report any unusual activity.

• Log player interactions and relevant data to support profiling and team insights.

What You Bring

• Strong written English communication skills (other languages are a plus).

• A customer-first mindset - you're personable, proactive, and know how to build rapport.

• Previous VIP management experience is ideal.

• Experience in iGaming or crypto is a strong plus, but passion for the industry matters just as much.

• Familiarity with crypto casinos and the crypto space is a nice bonus.
