Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with VIP players, acting as their main point of contact -primarily via Telegram.
Understand each player’s preferences, habits, and value to provide a personalized, yet scalable level of service.
Implement retention strategies including bonus offers, loyalty rewards, and personalized incentives.
Monitor player behavior to identify re-engagement opportunities and prevent churn
Ensure all interactions align with responsible gambling protocols and report any unusual activity.
Log player interactions and relevant data to support profiling and team insights.
What You Bring
Strong written English communication skills (other languages are a plus).
A customer-first mindset - you're personable, proactive, and know how to build rapport.
Previous VIP management experience is ideal.
Experience in iGaming or crypto is a strong plus, but passion for the industry matters just as much.
Familiarity with crypto casinos and the crypto space is a nice bonus.
