Job Title: Marketing & Growth Lead (Crypto Casino)
Location: onsite @ The Quad (Mhriehel); hybrid after probation

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to join a start-up and drive marketing and partnership initiatives within the crypto casino space. You'll help identify and close high-value deals, bring structure to ongoing operations, and contribute to our expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online gambling and a strong grasp of crypto culture — someone who can step in with confidence, take ownership of marketing and partnership activities, and support both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships


• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-value partnerships (influencers, platforms, affiliate networks, Web3 projects, events).
• Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

Market Expansion & Localization


• Support entry strategies for new geographical markets.
• Research and recommend go-to-market strategies tailored to local gaming and crypto trends.
• Collaborate with compliance and regional partners to align with regulatory and cultural nuances.

Brand Marketing & Awareness


• Drive brand visibility through sponsorships, media buys, event participation, and influencer activations.
• Work with internal marketing teams to craft compelling brand narratives for crypto-native audiences.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and identity across all channels and partnerships.

Operational Support 

• Collaborate with product, content, and data teams

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development — experience in online gambling is a must, ideally within a crypto casino.
• Proven track record of negotiating deals and managing strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, online gambling trends, and Web3 communities.
• Strong marketing acumen — experience with brand campaigns, influencer marketing, or user acquisition is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with affiliate platforms or crypto casino operators.
• Network in the Web3 or streamer/gaming influencer space.
