Job Title: SEO Manager (crypto casino)

The Role

We are seeking an SEO Manager (Crypto Casino) to take full ownership of our SEO strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across various international markets (multi-GEO focus).
• Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content, site structure, and product development.
• Conduct regular technical audits and implement solutions to improve site health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, speed, and indexation.
• Oversee on-page SEO elements such as metadata, internal linking, and content structure to support rankings.
• Manage and optimize WordPress-based properties.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and content planning using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and ScreamingFrog.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Define SEO KPIs, set benchmarks, and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
• Develop and manage link-building strategies and digital PR initiatives to support off-page SEO.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, scale content production, and gain SEO insights.
• Identify and act on opportunities for organic traffic growth and conversion improvements.
• Solve complex SEO issues as they arise, particularly those involving technical SEO or content indexing.
• Ensure SEO efforts align with compliance guidelines in both regulated and unregulated markets (experience here is a plus).
• Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T principles and meets YMYL standards where applicable.
• Collaborate on strategies with our affiliate marketing team when needed.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in fast-moving or high-traffic environments, ideally with an online casino operator.
• Proven success managing SEO for brands operating in multiple GEOs and languages.
• High interest and knowledge of the crypto market.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and crawl optimization.
• Demonstrated success in content-driven SEO as well as technical improvements.
• Solid understanding of link-building strategies and off-page SEO techniques.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset – knows what to do and gets it done with minimal oversight.
• Experience using SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, and WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting best practices.
• Basic HTML knowledge is required; additional technical skills (e.g., schema markup, JSON-LD) are a bonus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with content teams, developers, and designers.
• AI-savvy – able to effectively incorporate AI tools into SEO workflows and content ops.
• Experience in unregulated markets is a plus.
• Affiliate marketing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex SEO strategies.
• Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital environment.
