Work closely with HR to guarantee welcoming onboarding and craft retention strategies that keeps talent happy and challenged.
What You Bring
4+ years of recruitment experience in the iGaming space, specifically within the B2C operator landscape and at least 1 year in an internal talent acquisition department.
You can juggle high-priority roles across different departments without breaking a sweat.
You know how to manage expectations, push back when needed, and lead hiring managers to the right decision.
You’re a pro with modern ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
You’re a resourceful "detective" who knows how to engage passive talent in niche or alternative spaces.
Bonus point: You’re a fan of Crypto, Web3, or the Gaming community.
