Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (iGaming)
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager

To succeed, you’ll need a solid understanding of the iGaming world and a strong focus on providing the best candidate experience. Creativity to find talent where others don’t look - whether that’s Discord, Reddit, or niche gaming and crypto communities - it's a big plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and advise hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and craft tailored sourcing strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions: Marketing, Affiliation, VIP, Tech, Product, Support, and more.
- Proactively source top talent through both traditional platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and unconventional channels (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, niche communities).
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as the face of the company.
- Train and coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term talent pipelines.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure pipeline health and optimize hiring processes.
- Stay ahead of trends in iGaming and talent acquisition to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven success in high-growth environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry & of the recruitment landscape in Malta - experience with a B2C operator is essential.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different departments and levels of seniority.
- A creative and resourceful sourcing approach, with proven success engaging passive talent in niche or alternative communities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — credible with senior leaders, approachable to candidates at every level.
- Able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g. Teamtailor).
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with a growth mindset.
- Bonus: passion for crypto, Web3, or gaming communities.
