Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote from Europe
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager
The Role
Join a fast growing iGaming operator with a strong presence in the crypto casino space. Our team is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to hit the ground running and help us find and attract top talent from both traditional and unconventional channels. Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment process across various functions (Marketing, VIP, Tech, Product, Support, and more), helping our office in Malta grow.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through headhunting on both traditional platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and non-traditional channels such as Discord, Reddit, Twitter, niche communities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, with a particular focus on crypto casino and iGaming profiles.
- Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
- Stay up to date with trends in the iGaming and crypto sectors to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least 1+ year working directly for an iGaming operator.
- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry; prior experience recruiting for crypto casino brands is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in headhunting talent from LinkedIn and platforms like Discord, Reddit (strong plus), familiar with talent pool based in Malta.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different departments and levels of seniority.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with and genuine interest in the gaming and crypto communities is highly valued.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g. Teamtailor).
- Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, international environment.
