Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Remote in Malta (occasional travel for errands required)
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized Full-Time Personal Assistant to support a Business Co-founder in managing personal errands and tasks. This role calls for effective communication and excellent command of English. Please note, being fluent in Maltese & Italian is a massive plus for this role, however, it is not an absolute MUST. If you have experience coordinating with service providers that can be a strong plus. Keep reading if this sounds like you!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, organizing and other day-to-day activities.
Coordinate household management tasks, including liaising with service providers and contractors.
Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Conduct research and gather information as required for various tasks and projects.
Process invoices and track payments.
Handling correspondence with auditors, corporate and financial services.

What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, the more languages you speak the better!
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Holder of a driver's license, enabling flexibility for occasional errands across Malta.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience opening bank accounts is desirable.
- Experience dealing with home developers and decorators is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Being well connected also is a massive plus!
