Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Head of Acquisition to join our team. This role is critical in structuring and optimizing our marketing efforts, ensuring effective budget planning, and managing key partnerships and tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong data background, experience in traditional marketing, and a keen ability to coordinate and plan large-scale marketing campaigns. You’ll work alongside our creative Head of Marketing and help build & lead Affiliation, SEO teams & external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with Marketing, external partners, and the CRM team.
- Assist in budget planning and optimizing the marketing mix alongside Head of Marketing and senior leadership.
- Manage tracking systems, pixels, and data-driven performance analysis to ensure efficient marketing spend.
- Collaborate with PPC teams and oversee performance tracking, including CPA analysis, channel tracking, and mix optimization.
- Manage marketing across various platforms, including Reddit, TrafficJunky, traditional banners, and explore opportunities in programmatic.
- Work with CRM, Brand Managers, and Performance Marketing teams to raise tickets, track execution, and ensure seamless campaign rollouts. Work closely with third-party agencies.
- Lead affiliation strategies, oversee traditional affiliates and manage myAffiliates platform.
- Provide detailed reports and insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all marketing activities.
- Lead SEO initiatives and ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a casino operator.
- Strong background in traditional marketing, with a clear understanding of affiliation systems and performance tracking
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in channel tracking, CPA optimization, and analytics.
- Experience working with third-party agencies and affiliate management platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, listening to input and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
- Familiarity with SEO, Programmatic advertising, and traditional digital marketing channels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
