Job Title: Affiliate Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: Affiliate Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Affiliate Operations Coordinator to join our growing Affiliate team. You’ll be the operational engine behind our affiliate partnerships—ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate tracking, and strong communication across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Support affiliate managers by coordinating day-to-day affiliate operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing partner communication.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of tracking links, promo codes, and attribution mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking or attribution issues by collaborating with internal tech teams and affiliate platform providers.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, revenue) and assist in creating regular reports and dashboards for internal use.
- Create and maintain documentation including onboarding guides, FAQs, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to set up exclusive offers, promo codes, and landing pages.
What You Bring
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts (e.g., how tracking works, what affiliates do, common KPIs).
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms or networks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage onboarding queues, partner communications, and technical tracking setups.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for handling reports and partner data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages—particularly Russian—is considered an asset, though not essential.
- iGaming industry experience is a strong plus.
