Job Title: Affiliate Manager/ Sr. Affiliate Manager
Location: Remote (working in CET daytime hours)

The Role

We’re looking for sharp, relationship-driven Affiliate Managers and Senior Affiliate Managers. You’ll be responsible for identifying new partners, onboarding them to the program, negotiating deal structures, and optimizing their performance over time. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to drive results and is experienced in affiliation across offshore licensed markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels (SEO, PPC, Programatic, forums, online casino communities, etc).
• Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures that align with profitability goals.
• Manage the onboarding process and provide partners with tracking links, creatives, and support.
• Monitor KPIs and traffic quality, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and performance insights.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to the broader marketing team.
  

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry, with experience with offshore licensed markets.
• A network of relevant publishers, SEO/PPC affiliates, or niche traffic sources.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude. You’re comfortable owning outcomes and moving fast.
• Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g. MyAffiliates, Everflow, Post Affiliate Pro).
• Fluency in English is essential for this role. Additional languages are a plus, especially as we continue expanding into new markets - so feel free to surprise us with your linguistic skills!
