Affiliate Manager / Sr. Affiliate Manager

You’ll be responsible for identifying new partners, onboarding them to the program, negotiating deal structures, and optimizing their performance over time. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to drive results and is experienced in affiliation across offshore licensed markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels (SEO, PPC, Programatic, forums, online casino communities, etc).
Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures that align with profitability goals.
Manage the onboarding process and provide partners with tracking links, creatives, and support.
Monitor KPIs and traffic quality, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
Maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and performance insights.
Provide regular reporting and analysis to the broader marketing team.
What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry, with experience with offshore licensed markets.
A network of relevant publishers, SEO/PPC affiliates, or niche traffic sources.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions.
Proactive, self-starting attitude. You’re comfortable owning outcomes and moving fast.
Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g. MyAffiliates, Everflow, Post Affiliate Pro).
Fluency in English is essential for this role. Additional languages are a plus, especially as we continue expanding into new markets - so feel free to surprise us with your linguistic skills!
