Job Title: Head of Casino
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer

The Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Casino to lead and elevate our global casino operations. In this  role, you will oversee the entire casino vertical - managing provider relationships, optimizing game performance, driving revenue, and shaping the long-term roadmap. You’ll play a key role in growing Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), improving margins, and ensuring our casino product remains competitive, innovative, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize strategic partnerships with game providers and aggregators to ensure top-tier content performance, favorable commercial terms, and timely integration of new releases.
• Own the casino’s performance metrics - GGR, game activity, player engagement - and use data insights to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize game mix and positioning.
• Define and execute the casino department’s roadmap in alignment with overall company goals. Set direction for content, promotions, features, and player experience across markets.
• Lead commercial negotiations with providers to reduce fees and increase ROI. Drive initiatives that maximize profitability and efficiency across casino operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of casino coordinators Foster a high-performance culture, ensure clear ownership, and encourage growth, collaboration, and innovation across the team

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a senior-level Casino Manager or Head of Casino within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of casino KPIs, player behavior, and product dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with multiple game providers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Understanding of the NZ/CA markets is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with content aggregators and multiple provider platforms.
• Exposure to product development or casino UX strategy
