Job Title: CRM Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: Senior CRM Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic CRM Analyst to identify growth opportunities and maximize engagement, retention, and revenue across all brands. You'll analyze campaign performance to improve ROI, develop & and implement of scalable CRM reporting frameworks to support expansion into new markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities within CRM campaigns, calendars, and player segments across all brands to maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop and implement scalable CRM reporting frameworks to support expansion into new brands and markets.
- Analyze campaign performance and player behavior to provide actionable insights and improve ROI on CRM initiatives.
- Support the implementation of the RFM model and establish measurement frameworks to track its effectiveness in improving retention and ARPU.
- Monitor bonus allocation strategies, balancing cost efficiency with player engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, BI, and Content teams to align CRM strategies with overall business growth.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of player segmentation, retention strategies, and campaign optimization to drive ROI.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., FastTrack preferred, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation systems.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable CRM reporting frameworks for multi-brand or multi-market environments.
- Solid understanding of RFM models, bonus optimization, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, BI, and Content.
- Excellent communication skills to present data and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
