Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to help sustain and grow the acquisition channels within the competitive iGaming market. This position directly contributes to brand visibility, player acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative, non-traditional marketing strategies, particularly within social media and influencer-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing creative social media-driven campaigns designed to drive acquisition across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with Influencers, UGC creators, micro-influencers, and external communities (including Facebook Groups) to distribute content and maximise reach.
- Assist in designing viral campaign strategies that are non-traditional, innovative, and tailored for the iGaming space.
- Manage and engage with community-driven platforms (e.g. Facebook Groups) to strengthen campaign impact.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide regular insights, and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness.
- Explore and test new marketing channels and tools (including AI-driven solutions, new platforms, or emerging ad formats) to identify opportunities for future growth.
- Work cross-functionally with design, copy, and product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with brand standards.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of NZ/CA gambling cultures.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content strategy, engagement tactics, and platform analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Competence in tracking and interpreting campaign performance data to inform future actions
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with managing Facebook Groups and other community-driven platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimisation for social channels.
- Experience working with AI marketing tools.
- Creative skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for asset creation.
