Location: Onsite - Mrieħel, Malta
Working hours: Monday to Friday, shift-based
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and driven VIP Sales Executives to join a newly established team. This unique opportunity focuses on creating and maintaining high value relationships with potential clients, assisting with bespoke offers and VIP player onboarding. This role is best suited for self-motivating individuals who are able to communicate extremely well and work well in high pressure sales negotiations. You will need to be well versed in written and verbal communication for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with top-tier players, ensuring a tailored and high-touch experience that maximizes retention and player value.
- Create and execute custom VIP campaigns including exclusive bonuses, events, and offline/online experiences to drive loyalty.
- Understand each player’s preferences, habits, and value to provide a personalized and tailored experience.
- Communicate perfectly to build strong rapport with prospective VIP’s and assist in the onboarding process.
What You Bring
- Strong written English communication skills (other languages are a plus).
- A customer-first mindset — you're personable, proactive, and know how to build rapport.
- Previous VIP experience is great but not required — we’re open to fast learners with the right attitude.
- Previous High Ticket Sales experience is great but not required — again, we’re open to fast learners with the right attitude.
- Experience in iGaming or crypto is a strong plus, but passion for the industry matters just as much.
- Familiarity with crypto casinos and the crypto space is a nice bonus.
