Job Title: CRM Executive (French Speaking)
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: CRM Team Manager
The Role
We are seeking a CRM Executive (French Speaking) to support the growth of our online casino operations in the French market. This role will help deliver engaging and localised CRM campaigns that strengthen player engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will assist in tailoring communications to French-speaking audiences and contribute to the execution of data-driven campaigns, while learning and developing your skills in CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with translations and localisation of CRM content for the French market.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and On-site channels.
- Help with player segmentation and targeting based on lifecycle stage and promotional rules.
- Conduct campaign checks (QA) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and correct use of language.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM campaign calendar and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Product teams to gather required assets.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve messaging and campaign results.
- Monitor basic campaign performance metrics and share key observations with the team.
- Learn to use CRM tools (Fast Track) to set up templates, campaigns, and communication flows.
- Support cross-team coordination with BI, CS, and Risk to ensure proper player communications and GDPR compliance.
What You Bring
- Some experience in CRM, marketing, or a related role (iGaming experience an advantage).
- Native level French with excellent writing skills, capable of translating content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop CRM expertise, including data-driven campaign optimisation.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning CRM systems and automation tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Fast Track experience a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Excel, or other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in translating or localising content for French-speaking audiences.
