Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to: Head of Marketing 

The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of a new sweepstakes casino brand in the US market.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead marketing efforts from the ground up. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, laying the foundation for long-term success in a fast-moving, competitive space.

Your mission: drive high-quality traffic, establish brand presence, and set the stage for scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Own digital marketing channels including paid social and search engine marketing (Google Ads).
• Lead influencer and streamer partnerships, from outreach to relationship management.
• Grow and engage online communities across social platforms, spotting trends and building strong brand presence.
• Work with designers to deliver compelling, conversion-driven creative assets.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the business scales, including hiring, training, and mentoring talent.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a marketing professional in iGaming, casino, or sweepstakes (US market experience is a strong plus).
• Strong track record in paid media campaign management, especially on Meta and Google Ads.
• Expertise in social media growth, community engagement, and influencer marketing.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Leadership potential to build and scale a marketing team.
