Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Role
You’ll lead planning and forecasting cycles, consolidate and analyze results, and work with the business to explain performance, profitability, and costs. You’ll also play a key part in improving reporting, real-time cost analysis, building financial models, and making the finance processes smarter and more efficient. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers while also working directly with leadership and business teams to shape how we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and ownership across teams.
- Partner with business teams to understand growth drivers, costs, and profitability.
- Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insight for management.
- Consolidate and analyse results, highlighting what’s really driving performance.
- Build financial models and scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Improve reporting processes and introduce more automation and efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between business operations and finance leadership.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, business controlling, or similar finance roles.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency with finance systems, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets.
- Strong mix of analytical skills, communication ability, and business curiosity.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capability.
- Comfortable working at both detail level and with senior stakeholders.
- A strong communicator who can simplify numbers for non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys building and improving processes .
