Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Hybrid – Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to: CRM Brand Lead
Key responsibilities
Set up and execute CRM campaigns via the various available channels.
Help build personalized player life cycles, including onboarding flows, reactivation campaigns, loyalty triggers, and VIP journeys.
Use data-driven insights to create segmented audiences for tailored communication.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention), and implement improvements.
Work closely with Marketing, Content, Sportsbook, Product, and VIP teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Required skills & qualifications
Hands-on experience with Fast Track CRM (or similar automation tools).
Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management (onboarding, retention, reactivation, churn prevention).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and discuss optimizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with cases website and /or crypto casinos.
