The Role
We are seeking a meticulous, highly efficient, and organized Executive Assistant with strong project management skills to support the Co-Founders of iGaming businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing KYC and Due Diligence projects, be highly autonomous, and capable of translating requests into actionable outputs using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC & Due Diligence Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate KYC and Due Diligence initiatives with precision and timeliness.
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Executive Support & Administration:
- Manage Co-Founders’ calendars, schedule meetings, and handle confidential correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets.
- Receive requests and translate them into actionable outputs efficiently.
- Project Coordination:
- Support ongoing projects, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, preferably handling KYC, Due Diligence, or similar compliance projects, ideally within iGaming.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and resourceful, and able to anticipate executive needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or structured project tracking).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
