We're hunting for a non-AI Content Writer to be the voice of a leading crypto casino. Your mission? To build the ultimate customer retention narrative. You'll translate  data and thrilling promotions into persuasive, compliant, and genuinely unmissable copy that drives action directly from the player's inbox. Key Responsibilities

• Write and perfect engaging, persuasive copy for all CRM channels, primarily email, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Collaborate with the CRM, Marketing and SEO teams to manage the promotional content calendar and execution schedule.
• Personalize content based on player data and segment behavior to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across all communications.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and offer insights based on content perfo

What You Bring

• Expert-level English proficiency (C1/C2 required).
• 1+ year of proven experience crafting engaging, persuasive, and error-free copy within the online gambling industry, preferably in CRM communications.
• Strong understanding of online casino games — genuine passion for the industry is a major plus.
• Exceptional ability to adapt tone, style, and brand voice for different audience segments, particularly crypto-savvy users.
• Proven track record of managing multiple fast-paced campaigns simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain (hands-on interest in the broader crypto ecosystem is a big bonus!).
