Senior Front End Developer
Drive the design and development of complex, high-performance, and accessible real-time UIs, leveraging expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern architecture.

Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Strategy: Contribute directly to the architectural design by driving improvements in scalability, performance, and modularity, and evaluating new technologies for future adoption.
Complex Feature Development: Implement highly functional features, focusing specifically on real-time/data-intensive UIs using clean, tested JavaScript/TypeScript and ensuring robust API integration.
Quality Assurance & Accessibility: Guarantee code quality through writing strong unit/integration tests and ensuring the UI is compliant with WCAG/accessibility standards.
Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks using profiling tools, with a focus on optimizing core web vitals like LCP (Largest Contentful Paint).
Code Craftsmanship & Mentorship: Champion and enforce high standards for clean code through in-depth code reviews and providing clear technical guidance to peers.
CI/CD & Ownership: Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling, taking complete end-to-end ownership of features through design, deployment, and subsequent monitoring/on-call support.
What You Bring
Senior Expertise: 6+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer.
Industry Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience within the iGaming industry or comparable high-performance, high-volume transaction environments (such as trading platforms) is mandatory.
Core Stack: Mastery of Next.js (15+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Infrastructure & DevOps: Deep understanding of the DevOps cycle and experience working with large-scale infrastructure.
Real-Time Systems: Proven experience with transactional UIs and real-time data streams. This includes API integration (REST/GraphQL) and WebSocket-based or other event-driven, low-latency communication mechanisms.
Architecture: Deep knowledge of modern architecture, state management, and rendering strategies.
Preferred qualifications
Frameworks: Hands-on experience with the Qwik framework is highly desired.
Quality & Performance: Strong focus on testing practices, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
Delivery: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
