Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, forums, online casino communities, etc).

• Negotiate affiliate terms and commission structures that align with profitability goals.

• Manage the onboarding process and provide partners with tracking links, creatives, and support.

• Monitor KPIs and traffic quality, optimizing campaigns accordingly.

• Maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and performance insights.

• Provide regular reporting and analysis to the broader marketing team.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry, with experience with offshore licensed markets.

• A network of relevant publishers, SEO/PPC affiliates, or niche traffic sources.

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions.

• Proactive, self-starting attitude. You’re comfortable owning outcomes and moving fast.

• Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g. MyAffiliates, Everflow, Post Affiliate Pro).

• Fluency in English and German is essential for this role. Additional languages are a plus, especially as we continue expanding into new markets - so feel free to surprise us with your linguistic skills!
