Cold Outreach Specialist

Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe.
Reporting to: Head of Acquisition & Planning
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Plan, schedule, and execute high-volume SMS and email campaigns specifically for cold player lists gathered from various sources.
Own the IP, domain, and sender reputation across multiple brands, including the procurement and "warming up" of domains to prevent spam filtering.
Manage and maintain critical DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and work directly with ESPs like SendGrid and Mailgun to resolve blocking or blacklist issues.
Segment cold player lists based on risk, activity level, demographics, or acquisition source to maximize engagement.
Track and optimize open rates, click rates, and conversions, with a primary focus on driving ROI and First Time Deposits (FTDs).
Write and adapt outreach copy for SMS and email, utilizing basic HTML skills to ensure flawless template rendering and conducting ongoing A/B tests.
Manage deliverability rules and opt-out requirements to protect the company's sending reputation and adhere to anti-spam regulations.
What You Bring
Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in iGaming (preferred) or comparable high-volume environments like Forex.
Proven track record running cold or reactivation campaigns with a deep understanding of domain warming and list management.
Hands-on experience with campaign tools such as SendGrid, Mailgun, or specialized SMS platforms.
A data-driven mindset capable of measuring KPIs and performing technical tuning to reduce bounce and spam rates.
Excellent written English skills with the ability to craft compelling, high-conversion outreach messaging.
