We are seeking a high-impact SEO strategist who can hit the ground running by delivering a comprehensive execution roadmap and technical audit. You will be responsible for driving immediate momentum, launching foundational SEO assets and technical fixes.
We need a results-oriented leader who can connect search performance directly to the bottom line, generating a positive ROI through high-quality pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy for high-priority digital initiatives, transforming underperforming or new web properties into high-authority assets.
Identify high-impact organic opportunities through deep keyword, market, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with content, product, engineering, and leadership to implement technical fixes and scalable SEO frameworks.
Own the full reporting stack—from technical health to ROI—ensuring search efforts translate into qualified leads and pipeline.
Operate autonomously in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments, balancing rapid experimentation with long-term best practices.
What You Bring
6+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic for high-growth or competitive properties.
Expert-level knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and data analysis. You must be able to connect SEO metrics directly to business outcomes.
Advanced proficiency with the standard stack: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and various crawling/reporting platforms.
The ability to turn complex search data into actionable content strategies and technical roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and "sell" the SEO vision to senior leadership.
Nice to Have
Experience working on confidential or high-stakes "special projects" where the roadmap may shift rapidly.
A background in scaling new initiatives from zero to one rather than just maintaining established sites.
