As a Casino Technical Coordinator, you will serve as the essential link between Commercial and Platform teams, ensuring new game integrations are executed with precision and speed.
You will drive operational efficiency by organizing new projects, resolving immediate bottlenecks, and translating business goals into actionable technical requirements. By providing this clarity, you ensure developers have the exact specifications needed to launch new features and games flawlessly, keeping our platform competitive and workflows organized.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own and coordinate all end-to-end casino game and provider integrations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the platform.
Act as the primary technical bridge between the Commercial and Platform Integration teams to maintain alignment across all project phases.
Track and monitor the status of all ongoing integrations to proactively identify risks and maintain clear internal documentation.
Lead the troubleshooting of game features and configurations by collaborating directly with external providers and internal technical teams.
Act as the final gatekeeper for new integrations by validating game settings, bonus features, and tournament configurations before public release.
Identify and resolve recurring integration issues to drive continuous improvement and optimize departmental workflows.
Translate commercial business needs into detailed technical requirements that the development team can execute without ambiguity.
Support the Commercial team by ensuring all provider wishlist items are technically assessed and prioritized within the pipeline.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and configuration integrity throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders to ensure visibility into the integration roadmap and potential bottlenecks.
Requirements
Technical Literacy: A strong technical mindset with the ability to understand API-based setups, platform configurations, and integration documentation (no coding experience required).
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting with a focus on finding efficient solutions to technical discrepancies.
Industry Experience (Plus): Previous experience in the iGaming industry (B2B or B2C) is highly preferred, though we are open to candidates from Fintech or SaaS backgrounds.
