Location: Remote from Europe or Hybrid in Malta
Reporting to: Director of Payments
Key Responsibilities
Gather data from multiple internal and external sources to build a unified view of the payment ecosystem.
Create high-impact reports on the performance of payments, ensuring every transaction is accounted for.
Build and maintain OKR and KPI reports, providing the pulse of the business to leadership.
Analyze report results to identify potential issues of concern, raising them to the correct teams for immediate review.
Provide regular, clear performance reports to various stakeholders, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Dive deep into all report outputs to identify potential anomalies or issues for the product teams to investigate.
What You Bring
A degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Data, or a related IT field.
1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with payments, iGaming/fintech is a big plus.
A natural curiosity for why numbers move and the ability to spot a trend before it becomes a problem.
The technical grit to untangle data from different sources and turn it into a cohesive story.
Strong communication skills—you don't just find the issue; you know exactly who needs to hear about it.
Nice-to-Haves
You don't necessarily need a formal BI or Data Science background, as long as you have the logic and the drive to hunt down data.
