Location: Hybrid - Birkirkara, Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and deliver multiple marketing and development projects on time and within scope.

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with account managers at external development companies.

• Translate internal marketing strategies and requirements into clear, actionable briefs.

• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure external partners are hitting their deadlines.

• Review deliverables from external agencies to ensure they align with the initial project scope and marketing goals before presenting them to the Head of Marketing.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks, communication gaps, or timeline risks and escalate them with proposed solutions.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, specifically within a marketing, digital, or tech environment.

• Proven track record of successfully managing external agencies, vendors, or partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between creative marketing teams and technical developers.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com) and a comfortable understanding of digital development processes.
