Schedule: Freelance/Contract. Must overlap with US West Coast hours (at least 4 PM - 8 PM CET) for key strategy meetings.

Your Quests (What You’ll Do):

• Own paid social strategy with a heavy, aggressive focus on Meta, while expanding our footprint across Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

• Leverage your experience in high-risk verticals to keep ads live, compliant, and converting for high-risk products/services.

• Use your deep e-commerce and marketplace experience to drive massive user acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Run relentless A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to find the winning formulas.

Your Arsenal (What You Bring):

• Battle-tested experience managing large budgets on Meta (priority) and other major social networks. You’re confident and are able to advise with autonomy.

• A proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-risk verticals - you know the workarounds, the policies, and how to survive an ad account review.

• Deep expertise in e-commerce or marketplace advertising.

• The adaptability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-growing startup where you execute today and build the strategy for tomorrow.
