Influencer Manager

Working hours: 7am to 4pm CET (the earlier the better)
Your mission
Nurture & Connect: Cultivate deep, trusting, and long-term relationships with existing influencers, their agents, and our brand partners.
Own the Execution: Drive campaigns from the initial brief and setup to content approval, live tracking, and final wrap-up, ensuring all content strictly meets brand guidelines.
Spot the Opportunities: Keep an ear to the ground for industry trends. When the right opportunity arises, confidently cold-reach promising talent or potential business partners to expand our network.
Orchestrate the Chaos: Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-ups. Liaise seamlessly with internal project teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and without friction.
Measure & Optimize: Collect data, track deliverables, and compile performance summaries to showcase value to clients.
Build for Scale: Maintain an influencer database and identify opportunities to optimize workflows, supporting the rollout of new tools to help the department run efficiently.
What You Bring
1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management. (Experience in iGaming or Fintech is a massive plus).
You excel at account management, communication, and keeping external partners happy and engaged.
Ideally coming from an agency background, you have a strong grasp of ROI. You aren't afraid to negotiate terms or occasionally cold-pitch to support the agency's growth.
You deeply understand how influencers fit into the broader marketing funnel (Performance, Awareness, and Retention).
You are proactive, adaptable, and excited by the challenge of building processes from scratch to help an agency scale.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills. You can track multiple projects, activations, and deadlines simultaneously.
Availability and willingness to travel to meet with clients and influencers face-to-face.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Grin, Traackr, Modash, AspireIQ).
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Experience supporting cross-functional teams or campaign workflows.
