What you'll do
➡️ People, Culture & Lifecycle
Own the A-to-Z employee experience, from delivering a stellar onboarding and managing performance reviews to ensuring smooth off-boarding.
Take charge of the essentials. You’ll draft contracts, maintain pristine records, and partner with payroll to ensure flawless salary and benefits administration.
Actively nurture a high-energy, engaging workplace environment that reflects the ambitious, driven DNA.
➡️Compliance & Employee Relations
Write HR policies from scratch, ensuring bulletproof compliance with Maltese labor laws without slowing down our momentum.
Serve as the ultimate sounding board for all employee matters. You'll coach line managers and handle employee relations with fairness, consistency, and a cool head.
➡️Workplace Experience & Safety
Run the hub. Own the day-to-day magic of the Malta office. You’ll manage office supplies, vendors, set up tech for new hires, and distribute company swag.
Plan the milestone celebrations, internal events, and gatherings that forge strong team bonds.
Keep our physical space safe, compliant, and healthy by overseeing risk assessments, essential safety training, and ongoing wellness initiatives.
What you Bring
You have a solid track record in a senior or standalone HR role within a hyper-growth environment.
You have a deep, practical understanding of Maltese employment law and know how to build compliant frameworks that don't stifle innovation.
You anticipate what the business needs before you are asked, taking initiative to manage HR processes end-to-end with minimal guidance.
Commercially aware and incredibly organized, you thrive on bringing structure to chaos. You are solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while building scalable processes from scratch.
You have the ability - and the drive - to build and lead a high-performing People team when the business requires it.
You express ideas clearly and confidently and build genuine relationships effortlessly. Fluency in English is a must; Maltese is a fantastic bonus.
