Your mission
You are a leader who clears roadblocks. You will mentor and enable shift leaders, sharpening their prioritization, decision-making, and overall team effectiveness.
Spot bottlenecks from a mile away. Build, refine, and maintain structured workflows that eliminate friction and help the department scale effortlessly into new markets.

Lead operational meetings, reviews, and reporting to ensure complete visibility, clear accountability, and actionable follow-ups across the board.
Champion automation. Monitor operational KPIs to proactively tackle risks and define the operational requirements needed to roll out new payment methods and product initiatives.
What You Bring
Proven experience in Payments, Fraud, Risk, or Operations within iGaming with a minimum 2+ years in a leadership role.
A proven track record of bringing structure to chaos, improving workflows, and actively developing your team's skills.
Deep understanding of KYC protocols, risk controls, and standard operational tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, payment platforms).
You don't just look at data; you use it to spot inefficiencies, close operational gaps, and drive smart decisions.
You speak the language of Product, Finance, and Customer Support, effortlessly coordinating across departments.
You thrive in high-growth environments, take immense pride in your work, and have the ability to drive initiatives completely independently.
