We are looking for an ambitious student or recent graduate to join a team as a Junior Product Automation Analyst. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between Product, Marketing, and Operations by identifying manual bottlenecks and building the digital connections to fix them. Your mission
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
Support the integration of our tech stack - including CRMs, databases, and internal SaaS tools -via APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flows.
Help identify repetitive manual processes across teams and work collaboratively to convert them into reliable automated solutions.
Maintain clear documentation and templates to support the future scaling of our automation efforts.
Build simple custom automation tools and integrations to help reduce the time it takes the team to launch new initiatives.
Explore and assist in implementing AI-driven automations to enhance decision-making and content workflows.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing leads to understand their daily pain points and help translate them into technical solutions.
What You Bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated interest and skills in Automation & AI through personal projects, academic work, or a previous internship.
A foundational understanding of automation logic and familiarity with platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
An understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON, with the ability to read technical documentation to get two systems talking.
Basic proficiency in writing and debugging JavaScript (or similar scripting) within automation tools to handle custom data transformations.
A natural curiosity for spotting inefficiencies and a proactive mindset to fix them.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain basic technical automation logic to non-technical stakeholders.
