As a Casino Specialist, you will act as the vital bridge between data-driven strategy and operational execution, ensuring our game portfolio is both high-performing and perfectly configured. You will drive player engagement by overseeing the lifecycle of game releases, optimizing backend incentives, and translating complex performance metrics into actionable casino growth. By maintaining a meticulous focus on configuration integrity and troubleshooting, you ensure our brands offer a seamless, competitive, and rewarding experience for every player.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee Game Lifecycle: Actively lead the release and integration of new games to ensure a flawless launch onto the online casino platform.
Technical Configuration: Own the backend operations for game settings, including the setup of player rewards, unique selling propositions (USPs), and tailored incentives.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily analysis of game performance, providing strategic insights to ensure the portfolio remains diverse and engaging.
Cross-Departmental Synergy: Cooperate with internal teams to facilitate the promotion of upcoming releases and discounted game campaigns.
Operational Gatekeeping: Oversee configurations across multiple brands and geos, ensuring brand consistency and product integrity.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for game malfunctions, collaborating with providers to ensure swift resolution and minimal downtime.
Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards for data-driven selection, ensuring top-performing games are prioritized and visible.
Requirements
Technical Literacy: Strong experience with Casino Management Platforms, CMS, and JIRA. Must have a deep understanding of backend configurations and operational escalations.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Online Casino environment is required. Multicompany experience and a "gambler’s mindset" (passion for slots and casino products) are highly preferred.
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage complex calendars, timelines, and multi-brand configurations with high attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.
