Casino Lobby Specialist - Europe (Remote)
As a Casino Lobby Specialist, you will serve as the architect of the player’s visual journey, ensuring our casino lobby is organized, intuitive, and error-free. You will take full ownership of the structure and categorization of our games, acting as a dedicated "bug fixer" to resolve visual or functional discrepancies before they impact the user. By balancing metadata precision with a keen eye for UX, you ensure our content is perfectly positioned across all markets and brands, keeping our platform's storefront polished and professional.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lobby Orchestration: Own the organization of the casino lobby, including the definition of tagging logic, categories (slots, live, trending), and filter positioning.
UX Optimization: Continuously improve how players discover content by optimizing search, navigation, and sorting logic in collaboration with product teams.
Technical "Bug Fixing": Proactively identify and fix missing thumbnails, broken links, or portfolio gaps to maintain a high-quality visual standard.
Metadata Management: Define and maintain tagging logic based on game mechanics and player behavior to ensure accurate game discovery.
CS Escalation Lead: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Customer Support escalations related to lobby logic and game visibility.
Quality Auditing: Perform continuous audits across different brands and geos to identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing game content.
Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for lobby update processes and configuration standards.
Requirements
Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience working with CMS, back-office tools, and content management systems. Ability to manage metadata and complex tagging structures.
Operational Mindset: A proactive "bug fixer" mentality with a high attention to detail and structured thinking regarding game portfolios.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in iGaming, Casino Operations, or Content/Product Operations is required. A strong understanding of casino game mechanics (slots, live casino, etc.) is essential.
Cross-Team Coordination: Strong communication skills to align with CRM, Marketing, and Game Providers on promotions and featured content placements.
