Your mission
Drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across all acquisition channels, with a primary focus on non-traditional growth (influencers, communities, social media, and content clipping).
Deliver consistent, measurable growth in key KPIs, including Registrations, First Time Depositors (FTDs), Deposits, and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing marketing team across social, influencer, community, and content functions.
Establish a structured experimentation framework across all channels to test, iterate, and aggressively scale winning strategies.
Develop and maintain clear attribution and tracking systems across all marketing activities, especially for hard-to-track, non-traditional channels.
Lead cross-functional alignment with CRM, BI, Product, and Brand teams to execute high-impact, cohesive campaigns.
Oversee campaign planning and execution across key initiatives like influencer partnerships, streamer collaborations, referral programs, and viral social campaigns.
Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and growth opportunities beyond our existing playbooks.
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring highly efficient allocation of spend based on clear ROI and performance data.
Provide regular performance reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the executive team.
Who You Are (Required Skills & Qualifications)
The AU/NZ Expert: You possess a deep, intuitive understanding of Australian and New Zealand cultures, slang, player behaviors, and the local social media/influencer landscape.
Ready to Step Up: You have proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or acquisition role, and you have the strategic mindset and hunger required to step into a Head of Marketing position.
iGaming Enthusiast: You have a strong interest in and closeness to the iGaming industry; you understand the mechanics of the space and are eager to dive in completely.
Non-Traditional Marketer: You have a masterful understanding of non-traditional marketing channels, including influencers, streamers, community building, and viral content.
People Leader: You have experience managing, mentoring, and scaling marketing teams across multiple disciplines.
Data-Obsessed: You bring a strong analytical mindset with deep experience in performance tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
Funnel Expert: You possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Action-Oriented: You have the ability to operate in a high-growth, highly experimental environment with a strong bias toward action and getting things done.
Exceptional Communicator: You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders behind a single vision.
