We are seeking a strategic professional from the iGaming sector capable of bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational efficiency. You will act as the architect of our daily workflows, ensuring interactions with third-party providers are seamless and internal departments remain strictly aligned. Your mission is to transition our current environment into a structured, highly documented and scalable framework.
Your mission
Draft, refine, and implement internal policies and procedures from the ground up, with a primary focus on AML, KYC, and Responsible Gaming (RG).
Serve as the primary point of contact for our Payment Service Providers (PSPs). You will manage complex documentation requests and proactively anticipate provider requirements to mitigate processing delays.
Identify operational bottlenecks where documentation or communication is failing and implement standardized, written workflows to resolve friction.
Transition between planning and hands-on administrative tasks as the business scales.
What You Bring
Background within the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of its unique regulatory frameworks.
A natural aptitude for identifying procedural gaps and the discipline to formalize them through robust documentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of specific PSP documentation requirements and the ability to manage these external relationships effectively.
The ability to mediate between internal stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental adherence to established protocols.
Certifications in AML and Responsible Gaming (RG) are highly desirable.
