Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote from Europe
Your mission
Own the P&L & Market Strategy: Direct the commercial vision for Australia or New Zealand, taking full accountability for revenue generation, player growth, and overall contribution margins.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the central operational hub, aligning global teams (CRM, Marketing, Product, VIP, Payments, Tech, Compliance) to flawlessly deliver initiatives tailored to the local market.
Champion Local Insights: Serve as the definitive "voice of the market," leveraging deep expertise in player behavior, culture, and competition to shape broader group strategies.
Drive Performance & Operational Readiness: Continuously analyze high-level KPIs to pivot commercial tactics, while ensuring end-to-end platform stability, optimized customer journeys, and strict regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
Deep knowledge of the Australia and/or New Zealand markets, including player behavior, the competitive landscape, regulations, and cultural nuances
Proven background in a Country/Brand Manager, Commercial, or Marketing role within online gaming, betting, or a similar regulated digital consumer industry.
A strong track record of hitting revenue, retention, and margin targets. You are highly analytical and comfortable dissecting core KPIs (revenue, deposits, ARPU, bonus efficiency) to drive action.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at collaborating with central teams to deliver results without direct authority.
