HR Administrator
You'll be at the heart of the People function - the person who makes sure every new joiner has a brilliant first experience, HR systems run smoothly, and the wider team has the support they need.

Your mission
Onboarding new joiners: Own the handover from offer acceptance to Day 1 for employees and contractors. Manage contracts, paperwork, and service agreements end-to-end. Set up new joiners on HiBob and Shireburn, and team up with IT, HRBPs, and the Office Manager so everything's ready before they walk in.
Work permits & immigration: Run work permit applications from start to finish, keeping everything compliant and on time. Track renewals and flag deadlines early.
Payroll support: Prepare monthly payroll files - starters, leavers, changes, variable pay. Keep the data clean and flag anything that looks off.
HR systems & data: Keep employee records accurate across HiBob and Shireburn. Support data hygiene and HR reporting.
Supporting change & the wider team: Back the HR team during organisational changes with documentation, logistics, and tracking. Be the friendly first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries. Pitch in on ad hoc projects and admin tasks as they come up.
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in an HR administration or closely related role.
Demonstrated experience managing employee documentation and HR processes.
Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with HiBob or similar systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of payroll processes and experience preparing payroll inputs is a plus.
Exposure to work permit or immigration administration is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment where processes are still being built.
