Your mission
Key Responsibilities
Automation Leadership & EngineeringDesign, develop, maintain, and scale advanced test automation frameworks using modern tools such as Cypress, delivering reliable, high-coverage automated testing solutions.
Build and optimize automated test plans, cases, and suites that support rapid, confident releases.
Integrate and continuously enhance automated tests within our CI/CD pipelines, improving efficiency and reducing feedback loops.
Implement comprehensive automated UI testing, including responsive design validation, layout consistency, and cross-device compatibility.
Drive automated accessibility testing initiatives using tools like axe-core and Lighthouse to ensure inclusive player experiences.
Testing Excellence
Execute a balanced mix of automated and manual testing across frontend, backend APIs, and supporting services.
Craft and execute structured testing strategies including smoke, sanity, regression, and exploratory testing to maintain the highest quality standards.
Perform in-depth API testing using Postman or equivalent tools to validate backend integrity and performance.
Rigorously validate UI implementations against design specifications (Figma/Zeplin) to guarantee pixel-perfect, engaging player interfaces.
Ensure seamless functionality and performance across desktop and mobile environments, replicating real-world player conditions.
Quality Ownership & Process Leadership
Take end-to-end ownership of quality by identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and providing clear, actionable bug reports with detailed reproduction steps.
Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency of the automation suite.
Champion QA best practices, mentor team members, and actively contribute to process improvements that elevate overall engineering quality.
Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for automation frameworks, tools, and testing processes.
What You Bring
3–6 years of QA Engineering experience with a strong automation background.
Deep understanding of test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or a scripting language (Python/Java).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Strong API testing knowledge (Postman, REST, JSON, API mocking/stubbing).
A solid grasp of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality engineering principles.
Familiarity with performance testing, visual regression testing, and accessibility tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable automation code.
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and ownership mentality.
